Did you know that there are more than 40,000 job boards out there? This means that there are jobs being posted online on job boards you are unaware of. Fortunately for you, Google indexes a lot (if not all) of them. Yet, how does one search all of those job boards? Well, I might have the answer.
Back in 2008, I posted some search strings to help Recruiters find work. Well, the economy is still rough for a lot of Recruiters out there, so I decided to update my list of search strings for all those concerned. Click any (or all) of the searches below to find leads to Recruiter jobs. If you are not a Recruiter but still want to try this technique, simply switch out the word “Recruiter” with whatever job title you have an interest in.
Happy Hunting!

To find Recruiter jobs in general:
Are you seeking an entry-level Recruiter position?
To find Recruiter jobs by a specific location (I am using Atlanta as an example, but you can of course; use any area code, City or State you choose.)
To find Recruiter jobs according to quality of life:
Do you like to travel?
Want to work from home?
Want to work in a fast-paced office?
Perhaps you prefer an office with a slower pace?
Would you like to talk directly with a Recruiter? (This example returns jobs where the Recruiter has left their email address and/or phone number.)
Want to find jobs that are represented by Search firms?
Want to work for a startup company?
Do you prefer to work for a more established company?
Are you looking for a fast-moving company that is making an impact in the industry?
Need a position with great benefits?
