One of the advantages of being a popular blogger is that you get to play with stuff before it comes out. Someone pointed this out to me awhile ago, but I was so swamped with The Searchologist launch that I did not get a chance to really kick the tires on it. Well, I finally got a chance a short while ago and I am glad I did. My first impression is that Searchles’ tool is easy to use and works. (What else do you want besides that?)
Let me show you really quickly what it does.
1. You go over to Searchles job Discovery Engine ( http://jobs.searchles.com/ )

2. You paste your resume into the big box, then click the “Discover” button (as shown by the arrow in the picture below).

3. Searchles reads your resume, finds jobs that match your qualifications (via Indeed.com) and posts them on the screen.

Quick and easy and works! Try it our for yourself and leave me a comment below? Thanks…
Happy Hunting!

Jim,
A very interesting site. I found a job that I normally would not have found using conventional searches.
