		<description>I&#039;m surprised the see the author of a Technology Integration book advocate the purchase of a &quot;six-sided classification folder&quot; to manage employee performance information.  What about PM software and integrated talent mgmt suites?  Are we not in the 21st century?

I agree with the majority of the advice, but was surprised by the minutiae it included.  Let&#039;s think big picture HR folks, then we&#039;ll be able to stay at that Strategic Exec table.  I wouldn&#039;t talk to my CEO about &quot;absentee calendars&quot;.</description>
