VIDEO-How to speed up your Resume Sourcing with Google
Have you noticed that Google has changed their search results page? What they have done (essentially) is make their search results, one huge wiki. This is GREAT for Resume Sourcing in one way, but perhaps not so good in another. I made a quick video below to share with you my thoughts.
By the way, if you would like more videos on Resume Sourcing, click here to check out my collection on Mindbites. On Mindbites, you can preview the videos and download them to your computer and keep them forever. Its a great way to build up an internal resource site for your staffing team. (Hint-hint) For a VERY short time, my resume sourcing videos are dirt cheap, but only for a (very) limited time.
Okay, enough of that! Take a peek at the video below and let me know your thoughts on what Google has done. Cool? Thanks…

Jim, on your points about leaving notes on the Google wiki, I think you’ll find that the notes are not public at all. You need to be logged in as you to see the “public note.”
I agree you need to be “discrete” with your notes because who knows what will happen in the future but as far as I can tell, at this time, unless you’re logged in, your comment is not seen.
