		<description>Interesting. I can judge the current pace of hiring in the US based on the number of calls I get from staffing companies. I have had more calls in the last month then in the previous 6 months. This is a great time to renegotiate your agreements. They need you not the other way around. I love it when a firm calls me and asks for some business and then pushes back on the rate. I remind them that they called me. We are getting an overwhelming response to our postings from various avenues. It is hard to justify a placement fee when the staffing company&#039;s aren&#039;t coming up with any better quality candidate&#039;s then what is already applying.</description>
