Wal-Mart Sues Ex-employee for $470,000.00

but for some reason this is what so many in America consider “fighting” for????? Hmm, what is this called.. Unfair? No, that’s not it; Unethical? I mean a woman who is brain dead? Hmm, no that’s not it either.. Hmm, what is that thing called??

Oh, yeah.. that’s right, Capitalism.. Big company ruling the world, and bringing down as much as they can in their path.. because They Can, and want to..

Hmm, and we don’t even wonder why the Feds were Attempting to bail out Bear Stearns with our Tax Money, even though they got themselves in this mess..

Hmm, so what was the golden parachute of those c level people at Bear Stearns.. anyone asked that yet,,,,

Ah, I digress.. FYI — this ISN”T capitalism in the true Sense of the word.. INFACT, capitalism is actually a SOCIALIST SYSTEM that was intended to HELP the people, BIG AND SMALL — but American’s we have kinda mangled that word too, like we tend to mangle much of the English language.. you see, when We talk about capitalism in America, it actually IS GREED!!!! Plain and Simple, it is Greed, and corruption, Not Capitalism..

Wonder when one day we will Finally wake up and see what Corruption and Greed has done to the Middle class in America..

While this is bad, it should be noted that companies in most of their insurance plans allow them to sue employees who receive settlements on their cases to repay the insurance companies.

so Right, corporate greed, and this is what we in america seem so proud about? Why is this.. the little guy in America Seems so happy to give the Big guy all the money and say Yeah, I love being an American, Capitalism Good, it is so good, not for me, but for my bosses’s bosses, bosses, bosses, boss… he loves me being so good to him..

He loves that I vote to give him less taxes, and more money, whilst nothing is left for me..

Yeah, I do love that good feeling it gives me, knowing that nothing is left in this country for me, the middle class.. all due to wonderful American Greed! Oops I mean Capatilism

This is a HUGE mistake on Wal-Mart’s side. Yes, they’re one of the biggest US corporations ever, but they’ll lose even more of their already shoddy reputation by doing something like this. Basic marketing principals–don’t do something that would even seem remotely unethical. This poor woman’s story is so tragic!

I can understand Wal-Mart’s desire to recoup some of the money for the use of helping others with their insurance claims… however, if it was such a big deal, this $470,000 would be mere pennies to any of the heirs of the Wal-Mart empire. Any number of them are on the “Richest People in the World” list.

What horrible PR. I already don’t shop at Wal-Mart because of their questionable ethics… now I’m getting everyone I know to boycott it if they don’t already.
