VIDEO - Why I love “The Office”

The same way ER should be required viewing for Medical Students, “The Office” should be required viewing for anyone with a career in HR. I feel so sorry for Toby the lonely HR rep who has to deal with so much on a near daily basis. Take for example the episode below, “The Negotiation” touches on Workplace Safety, Office Romance, Salary Negotiation and Office Politics and all in 30 minutes! (Actually a little less without so many commercials).

If you need a quick break from work, watch one of my favorite episodes of “The Office” below in its entirety and debate me on how “The Office” should be a training video on what could happen in your workplace and what not to do for the HR professional.
