When is the best time to contact a prospect?
Not sure how many of you recruit (or Source) people on a global basis as I do, but if so, you want to add this to your bag of tricks.
Imagine that you find the perfect resume, but the candidate is in Uganda. Should you call him? What time is it over there anyway? Don’t know? No problem, simply hop over to Google and type in “What time is it in Uganda” and see what you get. (Check out the screenshot below.)
And in case all of your searches are stateside, simply ask about a particular city and state as I have below.
Now if you are considering calling a prospect, at least you will know what time it is in their city. (Especially useful when recruiting or sourcing globally). Hope this helps you figure out when is the best time to reach out to a prospect.
