Things have changed in the past few years due to increasing online jobsites.
These pictures were probabaly taken 3-5 years ago from jobfairs for new graduates.
Jobfairs for experienced hiring are DEAD. Employers chasing experienced professionals, particularly bilingual managers, are somewhat like new graduate chasing employers in these pictures. Anyway, both are crazy!
