SALARY WATCH: Recruiters vs Sourcers

On a national average, Recruiter salaries and Sourcer salaries are pretty much the same. Since Recruiter commissions are typically higher, they bring home more money overall. Still, this is interesting to me.

I also find it interesting when location plays a factor. Check out this comparison between San Jose, CA and Atlanta, GA.

And if you are a Senior IT Contract Recruiter, you have to love these stats.
