Sourcing resumes and leads can be quite time-consuming and can distract from other recruiting duties. This recorded webinar will teach you how to use free online tools to automate the sourcing of resumes from the leading search engines. Also, does your team often find the same people when researching the internet? I will demonstrate a (free) tool that will prevent duplication of resume submittals. How does it work? It displays in your browser the leads that your co-workers have discovered and all in real-time. (This is the first in a series of lessons on automating the sourcing process.)

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to be trained by Jim regarding how to automate some of the sourcing process. The information was informative and easy to implement. I have utilized just a couple of the ideas and have saved about 15 hours per week thus far. As I implement more of his strategies, I am confident that I will save even more time.
I was fortunate enough to take part in Jim’s webinar “How to automate (some of) the Sourcing process.” I learned a number of new techniques and was able to easily implement them into my process. The strategies I learned from Jim have saved me a great deal of time when sourcing. I can say without a doubt that even the most avid sourcer will learn something new from viewing his tutorial.
There was so much offered in this action packed session that I plan to take it again when offered. Jim was clearly knowledgeable about all the search engines best utilizations, how to automate the collection of resumes for review against requisitions, and many little known but effective tools we can download for free to assist in the recruiting process. Would highly reccommend his class to both the beginner as well as the advanced placement experts.
