Karen Mattonen started Her recruiting career with a National Firm in 1994. Ultimately opening Advanced Career Solutions in ‘98, changing areas of expertise from Hydraulics and Pneumatics to the HVAC (heating, ventilation and air Conditioning) fields, as well as Mechanical construction which may include piping, plumbing and sheet metal. We handle all areas of the mechanical construction fields from the installation to turn key and service and maintenance, including engineering, management and support staff.
