A VIDEO CLASSiC - Manamanah
Sometimes you have to dance to your own beat. Sure, everyone else is humming along and getting along fine; then you stroll in being disruptive with new ideas, striving to be heard. I know that feeling and if you are like me, you need to be reminded very now and again that breaking up the status quo of how things are is sometimes the best thing you can do.
Not sure why, but Manamanah reminds me of that. Sometimes I feel like the shaggy caveman in this video. Yelling out loud against the rhythmn of the song everyone else is harmonizing to. So sure, its not accepted today, but who knows what tomorrow will bring?
The following video goes out to those recruiters, researchers and HR personnel who have had their ideas shot down for no other reason than, “We’ve always done it that way.” My advice to you is to be keep being that Caveman!

Awesome! I was familiar with the Sesame Street version, never knew that they did it on the Muppet Show too. My 2-yr old loves it when I ‘Manamanah-it’ for him
Fortunately, I don’t get too many of those ‘that’s how we’ve always done it’ moments these days, kind of got one today though. Thanks, this gave me a smile on an otherwise cold, dreary ‘Spring’ day.
