Wikipedia defines Sourcing in the recruitment process
Somebody had to do it, so I am glad it was Rob McIntosh who made it happen. There are a lot of misconceptions on Sourcing; what it is and what it is not. Rob entered a clear and detailed explanations that I think rings true (and hopeully) blows the cobwebs off the traditional mindset many HR leaders have.
