Louise Triance runs the UK Recruiter community. This consists of the UK Recruiter website, discussion board and weekly email newsletter. She previously worked for a Berkshire based Search & Selection firm. Louise is British Psychological Society level A & B trained and has experience of wide variety of psychometric and aptitude products as well as development of assessment centres. She organises networking events for recruiters via the UK Recruiter community.
