SOURCING CONTEST: Wow! Guess who was the first person to solve it.
Well, it has been an interesting day! I have been getting phone calls, instant messages and emails for most of the day about my missing doggy. However, only one person (so far) has solved the puzzle and in a record 45 minutes. What can I say? He got skillz!!!
If you want to know who this Super-Sourcer is, listen to the 3-minute podcast and maybe get a clue yourself as to how he did it (or not).

Sourcing is not that much and also not easy, still we do find candidates according to the clients requirement, most probebly I use Job Portals and some times if we couldn’t find very senior candidates can find them on google or linked in, boolean is the best search all kind of requirement to source a best fit.
but the requirements would confuse us but if you read out the requirement properly leaving even a no word will lands you on a right resume. still we should talk to the candidates to find out how strong they are on skills mentioned or experienced on. Finally to search string should contain a wild characters to find different types of works he did eg: develop*, finan* common in some search ingines , would be taken as OR and | as OR again. In this short time I cant all whole process of sourcing but I would like end this here… thanks
