Web 2.0 - (Another) Social Networking site - Top20 Network
Whenever I hear news of a new social networking site I think how nothing out there can take me away from my beloved - Linked In. (Insert the sound of harps and angels singing here) Nevertheless, I am always curious about new players that apear on the market. I got a hot tip from Jenna to check this one out, so I thought I would share.
Top 20 Network is a social network for students in the the top 20 colleges and universities in America. The Top 20 spin? You have to have a dot-edu from one of the schools before you can even register. Hmmm… Interesting. If you know someone at one of these schools, get them to register and then let me know if its worth kicking the tires over? I don’t do much in terms of college recruiting, but I can see how this could be a cool tool. Presently, I just don’t know.
