My name is Jim Stroud and this is my blog – Jim Stroud 2.0.

I blog about recruiting mostly, but mix in a few rants on Web 2.0 companies, geek culture, funny and/or intriguing videoes and whatever else catches my fancy.

Recurring features on my blog include:

“The Recruiting Life” which is a comic strip about The Recruiting Industry.
“The Recruiters Lounge” which is a podcast about The Recruiting Industry.
Occasionally, I will discuss sourcing strategies similar to those found in my Digability guides.
