RECRUITING: I like WetJello because they have grasped the obvious.

Many people have broadband, download music and watch videoes on their computers. So why is it that most companies are not leveraging this in their recruitment strategies? I mean, come on… Is Microsoft the only company to truly “get it” when it comes to new media and recruiting? Maybe I am just ignorant to those companies on the cutting edge of recruiting who are using vlogs, podcasts or maybe even Wikis to get their message across? If so, let me know…

Sorry for the rant, but when I saw the WetJello video below about the future of online recruiting I was like,”Yeah… but everybody knows that.” Then again, maybe they don’t…

Somebody please show me examples where companies have grasped this. And for every company that does not, send them over to WetJello.
