How much did Jobster pay for Recruiting.com?
I was VERY happy for the good people over at Recruiting.com about their sale to Jobster. (Again, kudos to Jason and the gang!) Yet, curiosity had me wondering how much moolah was raked in. I suppose I could just call over and ask, but how rude is that?! So I decided to consult Leapfish.com a site that estimates the value of a website based on their own secret little algorithm of SEO goodness. Well, I input the domain Recruiting.com into the search box and this is what I got…
The final analysis (shown in red above) said: “It has been determined based on search results that this name may be extensively valuable beyond the scope of the LeapFish.com domain analysis tool. It is recommended that you seek the services of a complete domain appraisal company rather than rely on this estimate. Thank You.”
Wow! Recruiting.com is so valuable that its worth can’t be measured by Leapfish. Looks like whatever price Jobster paid, they got a bargain and more. Of course, we recruiters already knew that.
