A cool gadget for recruiters! I want one…

wOW!!! This new gadget from IBM - “Magic Book” sounds almost too good to be true. This device records everything digitally, and then encodes it into text using buit-in voice recognition software. You can then search by time or keyword to skip to your favourite parts. (It even has a fingerprint reader for added security! How cool is that?)

When I saw this, I thought it would be a very handy tool when interviewing candidates and since it converts speech to text, I won’t have to scribe any notes down. If it were to meet all of my expectations, I could have an audio and text record of all my interviews and company meetings in a very convenient manner.

Ooohh… I want to try this one.
