What time is it?
If you recruit internationally, the time is something you must be aware of. Are you calling someone before they go to work, dinner time or at 2:00am in the morning? Believe me, its hard to build up rapport with a candidate once you made a late night call and awakened their new born baby. Owch!
Well, learn from my past mistakes and use this nifty utility I just ound online - Qlock. Simply add in the name of any city in the world and the current time pops up. In the example below, I wanted to know the time in Sydney, Australia.
