Have you heard of “Private Information Retrieval?”

Here is something different to think about. There is a bit of a buzz in hacking circles about something called “Private Information Retrieval.” What is that? In a nutshell, its finding ways to ask search engines for info in such a way that you get the data you want, but the database does not know what you asked for. Intriguing, yes?
