Here is another Sourcing with MSN trick. Hope you like. . MSN Spaces is Microsoft’s free blogging product and its full of people to recruit for your open reqs!!! Let me show you what I mean. . 1. Go to MSN Spaces and click the “Advanced People Search” link. |

. 2. Additional search options appear such as: “Occupation.” Hmm… Let’s imagine that I am looking to hire a Web Designer. Such being the case, I type in “Web Designer” in the occupation slot and click “Search.” . |

. 3. Wowzers! At this writing, there are 1,018 Web Designers on the MSN Spaces network. Cool! Let me pick one of these for a closer look. Hmmm… Let’s go with Danny. . |

4. Here is a screenshot of Danny’s Space in all its glory. Hmmm… How can I contact him to pitch a web design job? . |

5. I mouse over Danny’s picture (see arrow) and a box appears around Danny’s picture and a small down arrow. . |

6. I click the down arrow under Danny’s picture and am presented with a few options. I choose the “View Profile” option and click it. . |

7. Abracadabra! I am taken to a page of information that Danny filled out about himself. I scroll down to the bottom of the page and what do I find? . |

8. Well, lookee here… It’s Danny contact info. Cool! Now I can touch base with him about all of my wonderful opportunities. . |
