Diversity Recruiting – How culturally sensitive are you?

If you recruit on an international scale, you need every edge you can get. How well would it go for you to wish your candidate a happy holiday, especially when the holiday is specific to their country or region? (Very well, I would imagine.) Check out the Earth Calendar when you get a chance. It lists (every?) holiday celebrated around the world and where and when.
