Look what I stumbled across online! Its a cheatsheet on how to use Outlook. Its focus is on the Outlook 2002 version, but the overall majorty of these tricks still work in 2003. It is well worth downloading! Here is a screenshot of the PDF.

Of course, if you are on Outlook 2003, the most relevant information can be found on the Microsoft website. (Go figure!)
