Diversity Recruiting - Know where to advertise your jobs
I get a lot of email! (But don’t let that stop you from writing me - wink.) Here is a heads up on what looks like an interesting resource for Diversity recruiting that someone sent me today.
-snip-snip-
Since you are a thought leader in recruitment, and someone who has written on diversity staffing issues, I thought it important to let you know that I just published the 2nd edition of The Diversity Recruitment Advertising Toolkit. It is a 300-page guide containing over 650 national newsletters, magazines, journals, web sites and job boards targeting experienced college-educated African American, Arab American, Asian American, Hispanic and Native American professionals.
The Toolkit is organized alphabetically, and has cross-indexes broken down by job function, industry, ethnic group, gender and special interests. It also provides readers with tips, checklists, glossaries, industry contact lists, guidelines, strategies and other tools designed to help employers improve their success with their diversity recruitment advertising efforts.
To find out more about it go to the book web site at:
