If you are charged wth recruiting overseas, you do not want to offend the people you are trying to build a relationship with. But how can you (quickly) get up to speed on when you should bow, look away or stand up close to a person? For that matter, how do you know giving someone a “thumbs up” in America has the same connotation in Lithuania? Well, never fear ’cause help is here.

I recently discovered a great resource online called - “Window On The World” and they offer great summaries on diverse cultures. If you are about to travel to a distant land, print out one of their summaries and read it on the plane. (You’ll be glad you did.
