I was a judge for Recruiting.com’s “Post of The Week” award and I had a blast doing it. Check out the runner ups, the awardee and the GREAT intro Recruiting.com gave me. (Its a hoot!)

For my Post of The Week I judged according to simple criteria: Imagination and intrigue.

What could I find out there that would spark my imagination, challenge conventional wisdom or simply pose a question that needed to be asked? I found several posts that did these things for me, but awarded the post of the week to the Blogger that made me think the most.
