If you are a fan of “The Recruiters Lounge” (and I hope that you are - smile) you will find this website of use.
Podzinger is a search engine for podcasts. Its pretty cool because it allows you to find podcasts, listen to podcasts and (this is the best part) search for words and/or phrases spoken inside of a podcast. (Wow!) Let me give you an example of what I mean.
Below is a screenshot of Podzinger in action. In the example, I am looking for the word “recruiting” as mentioned within “The Recruiters Lounge” podcast. In the results, the word “recruiting” is highlighted in orange (see arrow #1). Once you click one of the word “recruiting” Podzinger begins playing the podcast from when that word was spoken. (See arrow #2) You can also back up, pause, or forward through the podcast. Or you can download the entire podcast.
Cowabunga!!!

Podzigner (at this writing) is now searching 76583 podcasts! Go to to their mainpage to search them all. If you just want to search through my podcasts, simply fill out the earch box below.
If you are reading this post in a feed or email and can not see the box above (or below) then click here. (I will be adding the search box on my blog, so expect to see it there in the very near future.)
Try Podzinger out and let me know what you think?
