Finding a great candidate is truly half the battle of recruiting, the other half is getting their attention and closing them. Well, closing a candidate is too long a post to discuss today. (Hmm… maybe later?)
Well, one thing you may want to consider is instead of calling and emailing only, you might want to send a text mssage to their cellphone. In this way, if they are in a meeting or out and about, they may be inclined to send a quick response. (Text messaging is very hot now, yes?)
Well, text messaging can be expensive if you do a lot of it. (Believe me, I know!) Fortunately, I uncovered a free alternatve – SMS.ac With SMS.ac, you simply type in the cellphone number and send a text message in the box highlighted below. (You will have the join the service, but its free.)

You guys keep fighting. I think you should say at least a positive things about each other, and treat each other with respect. I don’t think you people need to fight, because I mean, everybody wants to be the president. I don’t understand this, and excuse my words, but I’m just telling you the truth.
