The hardest part of fishing is knowing where the fish are. If you have the right location, even a novice can get lucky enough to snag a big one. Well, if you are looking to recruit diversity, the same rules apply. Question is: Where is the best spot to recruit (insert demographic here) for this role? Well, help is here and its all coutesy of the American Etnic Geography Page.
Here is a snippet from their website…
The United States and Canada are home to a rich diversity of ethnic and cultural groups. Various observers have described this diversity as a “melting pot” or a “tossed salad.” It might better be described as a cultural mosaic, one with remarkably vivid geographical elements. Shaping this mosaic has been an ongoing series of migrations and settlements, cultural interactions and exchanges, adaptations and innovations, and diffusions. Over time, North America’s many ethnic groups have also made visible and lasting impressions on the landscape.
American Etnic Geography Page breaks down population demographics into the following tags (or rather, categories): Ethnic Groups, Culture Regions, Religion, Language, Politics and Socio-Economics. Here is a sample of the data they provide based on US Census material. It shows the percentage of Americans with a French ethnicity. (Oui-Oui)

Now I suppose if you wanted to expose French-Americans to your opportunities, advertising in the Northeast would be the best fishing hole for you.
