Sourcing with MSN - How to find international resumes
If you are looking to find resumes and recruit people from a specific geographic region, say… Australia (G’day mate!), then I have the perfect solution for you. Just pop-over to the newly designed MSN Search. (Nice makeover by the way - smile). Once you get there you want to hit the “Help” link. (As shown in the arrow below.)

The “Help” link will take you to (guess what?) a page of topics to assist you with your search. As quickly as you can (or slowly, depends on you), click the “Worldwide” link. (See the arrow below.)

Clicking the “Worldwide” link will take you to a page of links to multiple versions of MSN. Click the link named “Australia.” (See below)

That will take you to the Australian version of MSN. Simply click the small checkbox beneath the searchbox (as shown below) and enter in your search string. For this example, I typed in resume “software engineer” and then clicked (of course) the search button.

And there you have it! Before you could say “Shrimp on the Barbi!” you have a list of software engineer resumes from the land down under. Neat trick, huh? (Click the screenshot below for a closer look.)
