Recruiting is good, but is retention better?

Hmm… I thought this was an interesting statement.

It makes me wonder how recruitment metrics could be better measured. While it is certainly good to hire as many qualified people as possible, should not we as recruiters get bonus points for hiring “good” people who help to retain the workforce already in place? Just a thought…
