How geeky is your next hire?

Lets say you screen ten candidates for a Senior Software Developer position and on paper both are equal. How do you decide which one has the edge over the other? Well, one way is to make them roll up their sleeves, slip down the back of their jeans or pull back the hair covering their necks. If after doing this, you see a tatoo like the ones posted on Geek Tatoos, then you know which one is the winner.
