Not yahoo, but bloghoo…

Take a peek at Yahoo’s new 360 degrees service. Its not released in beta yet, but I was (again) anxious to see it. (How did I find it? That would be telling - wink.)

As a recruiter, I am excited about the possibilities represented here. At a glance I can:

1. Review their resume (profile)
2. See who they are connected to and contact them directly.
3. See what Yahoo groups they belong to and find even more candidates.
4. Read the blog of the Yahoo member and see how they think and discern if they really know what they are talking about. (Of course, assuming that they blog about their career.)

*Honorable Mention: Although not released, you will be able to upload your MS Outlook contacts into your Yahoo domain and invite people to join your 360 degree network as well.
