Oh, I like that!  In fact, to take it a step further... Imagine the motivation it could provide workers if next to their workspace was a hollow lucite pole, if you will -  And, every so often, coins would drop down representing their accumulated salary for the time spent working ... and &quot;grow&quot; like in a piggy bank!  I suppose it would create some resentment tho, if a worker noticed that her neighbor&#039;s pole was fuller than hers, thereby realizing that his salary was unfairly higher than hers!</description>
