In fact, to take it a step further… Imagine the motivation it could provide workers if next to their workspace was a hollow lucite pole, if you will – And, every so often, coins would drop down representing their accumulated salary for the time spent working … and “grow” like in a piggy bank! I suppose it would create some resentment tho, if a worker noticed that her neighbor’s pole was fuller than hers, thereby realizing that his salary was unfairly higher than hers!
